We collect information about you when you provide it to us, when you use our apps and mobile app and services.

We collect information about you when you input it into the app or mobile app and services or otherwise provide it directly to us.
Personal data submitted through our app or mobile app and services include the details you submit when you create an account, participate in any of the mobile app and services, fill out a form, apply for a being a service provider, communicate with us via third party social media sites, request customer support or otherwise communicate with us. The types of information we may collect include your name, email address, phone number, date of birth, gender and any other information you choose to provide.

We may also obtain information from other sources, such as social media platforms, and third-party mobile app and services and combine that with information we collect through our mobile app and services for purposes of advertising and user authentication.

For example, if you create an account or log into the mobile app and services using your Apple Login, we receive your name and email address as permitted by your Apple profile settings in order to authenticate you.

Delete your information
Our mobile app and services give you the ability to delete certain information about you from within the app. For example, you can remove content that contains information about you u, and you can remove certain profile information within your profile settings. You have the right to ask us to delete or remove Personal Data when there is no good reason for us to continue processing it by contacting our privacy team on privacy@basirly.com Please note, however, that we may need to retain certain information for record keeping purposes, to complete transactions or to comply with our legal obligations.
Opt out of communications
You may opt out of receiving promotional emails by following the instructions in those emails or by emailing support@basirly.com. If you opt out, we may still send you non-promotional emails, such as those about your account or our ongoing business relations.
Our policy towards children
The mobile app and services are not directed to individuals under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If we become aware that a child under 16 has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete such information.
